The picture was created on 27.11.2020. The "Free-Spirited Forest Thoughts" of that day probably correspond with the work. The black circles could symbolize emotional barriers and dark moments in life. Their density conveys loneliness and self-isolation. The sharp contrast to the colorful spiral in the center, which unites many colors, shows the metamorphosis of emotions.
The glowing spiral may reflect the thoughts of the poem: Can you feel colors? The answer unfolds through the vibrant colors that emerge from love and compassion amidst the darkness. The approach to the center of the image symbolizes a journey from fear and doubt to courage and joy.
The spiral movement and variety of colors remind us that there are bright moments even in the darkest times. The colorful elements are "radiant small impulses of happiness," symbols of hope and renewal that remind the viewer to break through emotional walls with an open heart and genuine compassion.
Those who feel this receive a powerful message: With love and care, one can overcome the shadows!

Seeing Colors
Forgiving outbursts,
that only works with love.
Soften with love.
Then life becomes colorful.
Can you feel colors?
Does the color gray evoke sadness?
Does lack of contrast fuel doubt?
Does a reduced
visual spectrum also result in fear?
Fear of standing in the dark
or doubt,
because reference points are missing?
What do colors do?
Are colors spiritual bright spots?
How does our brain select?
Can it be trained?
Do you gain
courage and joy through
vivid colors?
How do you see in color?
Today I saw so many
colorful dots,
radiant small impulses of happiness
amidst frozen nature.
White-silvery pearls,
red berries, wonderful blossoms …
We can consciously control
our selective perception
if we get closer,
closer to objects,
closer to events and
closer to our fellow human beings.
Proximity to people
is also possible
without spatial proximity,
this requires a listening ear,
a soft heart and
the understanding
that no one
wants to hurt the other,
but perceived affronts are
only defense mechanisms,
because the other believes
they must defend themselves now.
Usually, it's just
misunderstandings.
Just as we know
that fire is a
red powerful source of warmth
and we do not see it as
a destructive medium,
we can
train our compassion,
when we perceive
that anger erupts
from a lack of
tangible, caressing love.
Forgiving outbursts,
that only works with love.
Soften with love.
Then life becomes colorful.
Creating the future together now.
